Time, Scheduling, and Cancellation of Appointments 
Appointments ca be scheduled by calling the office manager at (623) 486-0935.  Office manager hours of service are typically between 9:30 AM and 12:00 Noon, Monday through Friday, and often can be reached into the early afternoon.  When you call for the first time, you may provide insurance information so that she can help determine if insurance will assist in paying for sessions or testing services.

The therapist is usually able to begin promptly at the scheduled time.  If the therapist is  ever going to be late, the patient is to be notified in advance if at all possible.  If the session must begin late because of the therapist’s schedule, the session will still be for the full session length, or fees will be reduced to match a shortened session.

If the patient arrives late for an appointment, it will still be necessary for the session to end at the regular time.  The charge for these shortened sessions will be for the full amount of a regular session.  There will be no charges for a canceled session if the therapist is notified at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.  There may be charges up to the full regular fee if a patient fails to keep a scheduled appointment and does not notify the therapist twenty-four (24) hours ahead of time.  Continuity in session topics and a fair working relationship is important in therapy.
